With a successful afternoon soap, Precious Hearts Romances Presents Ang Lalaking Nagmahal Sa Akin and film Ang Tanging Pamilya set for theaters soon, seems like Toni Gonzaga’s career is on a roll once more. Adding to her packed schedule in a few weeks time will be her hosting duties for Pinoy Big Brother Double Up, when Kuya’s house opens its doors once again this October. “That’s what I’m really, really excited about. We really cannot divulge any details yet, ‘Sa takdang panahon’ sabi nga ni Kuya (Big Brother). As of now we’re just really preparing and we’re really excited dahil exciting itong season na ito dahil medyo matagal tagal na napahinga ang Pinoy Big Brother.”

According to Toni, it has always been hard for her and the other hosts not to share the show’s interesting details. “All the preparations are being made. It has been very, very difficult for how many years na, na gusto kong i-share kaya lang hindi talaga pwede baka matanggal ako as a host mahirap na,” Toni joked.

Every season is a different and exciting experience for her. Although she knows that there is no assurance that she will remain as PBB’s host season after season, she is thankful every time she signs a new contract for the reality show.“Masaya every season. Kinakabahan kami baka mamaya they would want someone new, baka kumuha na sila ng bago. Thank God kami pa rin naman angkinukuha ni Kuya,gusto pa rin niya ang serbisyo namin,” said Toni as she shared how Pinoy Big Brother gave her the chance to be recognized as a host. “Kaya kasi siguro sa masasabi ko na naging highlight ng career koeh ang pagiging host ng Pinoy Big Brother dahil dun ako na-recognize, napansin na rin as a host.”

She is certain though that she will not be locked inside the house this time, like what happened in Season 2. “Kasi hindi naman naka-stipulate sa contract na magiging housemate ako. Nakakaloka hindi na siguro nila magagawa yun may susi na ako palabas, hindi na pwede mai-lock,” Toni said while laughing.
